Lymphomatoid papulosis, first described by Macaulay in 1968, is a chronic disease characterized by the recurrent self-healing papulonecrotic or nodular skin lesion, showing histological features of malignant lymphoma. The clinical course is
variable,
withprogression to disseminated malignant lymphoma in up to 10-20% of patients.
Ki-1 appears to be a representative marker for large cells in lymphomatoid paulosis and these cells can be detected in Ki-1 lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and other diagnosis of lymphomatoid papulosis, under the appropriate clinical and
istopathologic
findings.
We report a case of Ki-1 positive lymphomatoid papulosis which is characterized by the typical findings fo clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical studies.
